Simons Services & Recovery is the brainchild of owner Steve Simons. Since the age of 17 Steve has been involved in the repossession and towing industry. Whether running AAA calls or repossessing a 6 ton crane, Steve has turned SSR into one of the premier repossession agencies in California. SSR is well known throughout California for both its trained and highly efficient staff, and its fleet of distinctive white and gray trucks with the black and gray SSR logos on the door.

Steve Simons is personally known in the industry as a person you can trust to safely recover your collateral without damage. At the age of 18, when Steve repossessed his first car, he knew he had truly found his calling. He also knew that one day he would start his own repossession agency. Steve took his time knowing that the repossession industry is hard. Countless hours passed as he learned all of the skills necessary to establish his own repossession agency. The main thing Steve learned was that he wanted to “Redefine the Recovery Industry”. SSR has accomplished that by utilizing company owned and maintained trucks with GPS and radio, internet communication and agents who work solely for SSR . Steve is what you call an old school repossessor with new fangled ideas. He learned the trade while working in Texas and then move home to So. California where he honed the skills that he uses today. Through his involvement with California Association of Licensed Repossessors Steve has commitment for education for clients and repossessors alike.

Steve’s motto, that he learned from one of his mentors, which most people who have worked with him have heard him say after a car has been repossessed, is “NEXT CASE”.
